These terms govern the use of the website https://www.vanguardvision.ai (the "Site"), operated by Vanguard Ventures SAS, a company incorporated in Colombia, NIT 901954020-1, with its registered office at Calle 9 # 31-101 Int 906, Medellín, Antioquia 050021, Colombia, and offices at Calle 18 # 35-69, Palms Avenue, Local 223, Medellín, Colombia ("Vanguard", "we" or "us"). Vanguard Vision AI and OneID are trade names of Vanguard Ventures SAS. By accessing the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Vanguard, its products (OneID, OneGraph and OneCore) and its services in digital identity verification, computer vision, edge AI and decision automation. The information on the Site is general and does not constitute an offer, a quotation or professional advice. Commercial relationships with Vanguard are governed by the specific agreement signed with each client.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its normal operation;
• submit false information through our forms, including job applications, or impersonate another person or organization;
• copy, scrape or reproduce the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

The Site and its content (texts, images, logos, trademarks, software and design) are owned by Vanguard Ventures SAS or its licensors and are protected by Colombian and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written authorization.

Some sections of the Site allow you to submit a job application or, where enabled, create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend or remove any account or application that breaches these terms.
